- Doors open at 7:00 AM both Saturday and Sunday
- Admissions location is in Ballroom E/F
- Dance Competition Location is Exploration Hall/Schaumburg Ballroom

- Champion Experience in Schaumburg D/C
- Warm Ups in Discovery Hall
General Venue information:
- Parking is free onsite and in spillover lot. It is best to park near the convention center as opposed to the hotel.
- Concessions will be available
- Event merchandise will be available
- Athletes are encouraged to bring water bottles. There are refilling stations in the venue.
- Recording on personal devices is allowed.
- RT Productions will be providing action shots throughout the weekend. Click here to view and purchase pictures. You can register in advance to be notified when pictures of your team are posted.
- Event results will be posted throughout the weekend on Varsity TV.
Please remember that this event producer changes their schedules often. Therefore, plan on meeting with your coach about 1 hour PRIOR to the “Check-in” time listed. IT IS BEST TO USE THE POD MASTER SCHEDULE AS WE HAVE THAT ON GOOGLE DRIVE AND WILL UPDATE IT WITH ANY CHANGES ON SITE. We will also use TEAM APP to let you know where to meet coaches and the location of our dressing room (if we have one allocated to us)
