*** PLEASE FOLLOW OUR POD MASTER SCHEDULE FOR MEET TIMES WITH COACHES!  There event schedule is a bit confusing with ‘check in’ times as that means with THEIR staff, not ours.  Meet time with POD coaches is 1 hour PRIOR to the “check in” time on the event Performance schedule.  Solos are 30-45 min prior to “check in” time.  (ask your solo coach when to meet specifically)

Registration Location: IN THE FOYER OUTSIDE OF EXHIBIT HALL A

SPECTATOR INFORMATION 

Admissions:  

  • We’ve expanded digital ticketing this year to provide better visibility into spectators attending our events. Spectators purchasing tickets will need a valid email address and a credit card number. They will receive a digital ticket that can be scanned upon entry. Please use the “Buy Tickets” link to secure spectator tickets. 
  • Digital tickets can also be purchased HERE.

Parking & Entrance:

  • Multiple parking garages available & a parking lot across the street.
  • The entrance at the corner of W. Wisconsin Ave & N Vel R. Phillips Ave is the closest, however there are several parking garages and lots surrounding the building.

Venue Information: Please note this facility has restrictions on the following:

  • No outside food or drink is allowed though concessions may be purchased inside the venue.
  • No firearms. 
  • The first team will take the performance floor at 8:00 AM. 
  • The performance Hall will Be Hall A, Warmup in Hall B & Awards in Hall C.
  • Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to the event and throughout the warm-up process. There are water filling stations available throughout the venue.   

Concessions & Vendors:

  • Concessions will be available.
  • Event Merchandise will be available.

  • Varsity TV is your destination for the very best in school and all star cheer and dance coverage. Click here to join Varsity TV and watch this event live.

Event Results: 

  • Event results will be uploaded throughout the weekend on Varsity TV. 

Media Policy:  

  • Varsity will allow recording on personal devices. No commercial recording (audio or visual) or commercial live streaming is allowed in the competition venue or other event related venues (including but not limited to, hotels and restaurants) or on the grounds of any such venues (collectively, ‘Event Locations’).

Venue Entrance 

  • Doors open at 3:00 pm on Friday, and 7:00 am on Saturday
  • Registration Times: (when doors open)

Solos/Duets/Trios

  • Solo duet or trio dance waiver!  This is O N L Y for solos duets and trios. if you are an all star dance program your USASF rosters will cover your TEAMS.  PLEASE FILL THIS OUT AND GIVE IT TO DAWN AT THE FRONT DESK.
  • POD will need to bring the attached form filled out to registration the day of the event (yes it is the same form as last year & yes it says 2022-2023 in the title, it is correct) Even if you are an all star program EVERY solo duet or trio will need this form. please do this in advance so we can get your registration done quickly! PS- you will ONLY need this filled out for your solos, duets & trios. If you have teams, your USASF membership & rosters cover them.
