Additional version of Map of Navy Pier  This map has arrows that point out where things are.  It might be easier to read for some.

Transportation options from hotels to Navy Pier: Whatever option you choose, please plan ahead to allow enough time to get to Festival Hall BEFORE your meet time with your coach.

1. Drive your vehicle to Navy Pier and park in their EAST garage.  The parking rates are listed in the Link to Parking Lot Map.  Be aware that this means you will be paying for parking at your hotel and at the parking garage.

2.  Reserve a parking spot with a parking app like Spot Hero, iParkit, ParkWhiz or Parking.com.  With this option you will pay parking at hotel and parking spot.  Be sure to look for a spot close to Navy Pier.

HINT-if you choose to drive, consider carpooling with people from your team to share parking costs.

3. Walk.  The hotels in the POD block are between 20-30 minute walk to Navy Pier.

4. Uber, Lyft, taxi.  Take a look at the Map of Navy Pier to see where drop off/pick up spots are.

5.   Take a bus from your hotel.  Bus fare is $2.25 per person and you can pay with cash, Google Pay or Apple pay.   Use this link to plan your trip and see the route (including the estimated time of the trip) from your hotel. The concierge or front desk people at your hotel should be able to help you with bussing information.

Link to Parking Lot Map – this shows parking rates for the West and East garages on Navy Pier.  The EAST garage is the closest parking to the venue-Festival Hall. It also includes other potential parking options.

ASCS Final Schedule as of 2/21/24 2:30 PM

Please remember that this event producer changes their schedules often.   Therefore, plan on meeting with your coach about 1 hour PRIOR to the “Check-in” time listed for TEAMS, and about 45 min PRIOR to the “Check-in” time listed for any solos/ensembles. IT IS BEST TO USE THE POD MASTER SCHEDULE AS WE HAVE THAT ON GOOGLE DRIVE AND WILL UPDATE IT WITH ANY CHANGES ON SITE.  We will also use TEAM APP to let you know where to meet coaches and the location of our dressing room (if we have one allocated to us)
