Throughout the class we will go through multiple intervals of cardio dance, strength training, toning, and flexibility work. This is a full body work-out that is tailored for beginners to the advanced AS YOU GO so you choose what level to work out at. The unique blend of cardio(dance based of course!) with muscle work (target training) will give you an incredible work-out as well as increase your flexiblity. Sweat Level = Moderate to High
