Power of Dance is a member of two organizations that have a great impact on our studio culture, policies and opportunities.  One of them is More Than Just Great Dancing (MTJGD) which is a support network for dance studios and teachers across the United States and internationally.  The other is the USASF, or United States Learning & Leading

We are so excited to kick off the 2024-25 season! While nearly half of our classes are full, there’s still room in plenty others if your dancer is asking for “just one more class”! Summer Sun & FUNdamentals

Stay hydrated. Drink water before and after class, as well as plenty of small sips during breaks. If you’re sweating a lot in the summer heat, it’s especially important to replenish those fluids. 2024 Senior Spotlight

The studio has three dancers graduating from high school this year, and we could not be more proud of them!  They have all taken different paths to and at the studio, and no matter what path they take forward in their life, we hope that they will continue to dance, whether that’s on a stage 2024 Senior Spotlight

The Power of Dance Junior Faculty program provides our seasoned dancers the opportunity to share their love of dance and gain valuable leadership experience while being mentored by POD staff.  These student helpers are asked to be role models of attitude and behavior for younger dancers, and to assist the lead teacher in a variety Junior Faculty:  All for the love of dance

What is Acro Targeted Training?

If you’ve been paying attention to the studio calendars, you may have noticed that many of our Saturdays feature “Acro Targeted Training”.  This is an exciting new class offering that was first introduced in December.  This class runs on select Saturdays from 10:30-11:30am, and is open to any student aged 5th grade and up.  Enrollment What is Acro Targeted Training?
