More fun than you’ve ever had exercising! Come dance with us. Simple moves set to great music make for one amazing class. Students learn a different “dance routine” each week adaptable to all levels from the beginner to the advanced. Seriously, you have not had this much fun working out! This is a dance class designed to work your body. Get ready to sweat! Join with a friend to maximize the fun! A great class to pair up with Mind, Body & Movement or Reshape! Sweat Level = Moderate to High
